Florida Real Estate Brokers and Sales Associates license renewal.

Hey Team Members!

Brokers and sales associates: If you’re approaching a license renewal cycle of Sept. 30, 2010, you must complete all applicable continuing education requirements by that date or you will not be able to renew your license.

If this deadline marks your first renewal period, sales associates must complete a 45-hour post-licensing education course, while brokers must complete a 60-hour post-licensing course. If your license has been renewed once, you must complete 14 hours of continuing education credits, of which 11 are specialty credits and three are core law credits.
