Is the Real Estate Market changing?

Hey Friend;

Yesterday I was a witness of what I call the first signs that the Real Estate Market is changing.

I spend the afternoon at the Grand Opening of Homelife/Properties, LLC, a real estate office in Melbourne, Florida. I had the opportunity to have a long conversation with Andrew Cimerman, the founder and CEO of Homelife Realty Services, Inc, President of Realty World America and Red Carpet Real Estate; beyond doubt an international real estate franchisor. This unique opportunity gave me an update of the real estate market here in the United States of America and the rest of the countries where Mr. Cimerman real estate companies has offices (almost in every continent).

While I was talking to him, I got an email with an update on an offer that I had placed. I’m going to share this email with you so you can also see how the Real Estate Market is changing:

Subject: Offer Reply For 1485………

Good Morning,

Due to the high volume of offers on this property it is taking the seller longer than usual to review them and make a decision. Please be patient and we will have an answer for you soon.

Thank you,

Alex M

Could you believe that? When I read that email, I remember how I was doing real estate 3 or 4 years ago, when the Real Estate market was a the top.

If you ask me; is the Real Estate Market changing? My answer will be a big YES. New Real Estate offices are opening, and Sellers are receiving high volume of offers. That is a clear indication of big changes on the Real Estate market.

By the way, I want you to post your good wishes to my friends Bob and Cindy, the owners of Homelife/Properties, LLC. The Grand Opening was a huge success!

Great Success,
